I've since my post above, found out that a Yo Sushi has opened literally 2 minutes away from my work. Gonna have to head there soon.

yeah where i live you have to drive to a chinese buffae(did i speel that right?) 2 hours away to get the best sushi
but otherwise... chinese, italian, or greek restraunts, ... you name it, it's usually within a 5 hour trip to the place
btw, i never had like real real sushi
my mother says there's tons of bateria on the fish

Real sushi is great.
Nothing beats a good bit of nice fresh Sashimi (The thing people always think of when you say Sushi).
Fresh fish is bacteria free, and you can happily eay it raw with a little seasoning.
